Andrew Clarke is Chief Merchandising Officer at Justice, part of Ascena Retail Group. He brings more than 20 years’ experience to the role where he leads merchandising, design and wholesale. 

Andrew has a demonstrated history of delivering results in multi-billion dollar businesses in Europe and the U.S. both in the fast fashion and mass market apparel retail industry. 

Andrew's recent roles include senior vice president and president for the Kmart apparel business of Sears Holdings. Prior to this, he served as chief product officer for the French retailer, Pimkie, where he was responsible for the relaunch and performance turnaround of the Pimkie brand. Before this, Andrew spent 10 years in numerous product merchandising roles for New Look and latterly at New Look (owned by Mim). His career also includes six years with Marks & Spencer in merchandising roles. 

Andrew is a merchant at heart, with experience of leading business change across Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East.



Gretchen Jezerc is the Senior Vice President of Marketing at First Insight.  Prior to First Insight, Gretchen held the role of VP of Marketing at BodyMedia, which was acquired by Jawbone.  Gretchen has also held executive product, brand, and channel marketing roles at Kennametal, Philips Respironics, PPG Industries and Whirlpool.  In her current role at First Insight, Gretchen is responsible for defining and launching new solution capabilities, strategic exploration of partnerships and new markets, marketing, and analyst and public relations.  Gretchen holds a BS in chemical engineering and a BA in psychology from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
