Webinar Overview

What is a truly productive digital workplace? What is a human-centered digital workplace? Where do leaders start in creating such a workplace? And how can organizations make a digital workplace a sustainable proposition and a competitive advantage?

These are questions that Paul Miller, CEO and founder of the Digital Workplace Group, focuses on every day. In his work advising companies on the effective use of the digital workplace, Miller has found that all too often, companies focus on technology rather than employees’ experiences. That can create resistance and ultimately fail to gain the benefits that the technologies were designed to create.

On September 22, in a live, interactive Harvard Business Review webinar, Miller will focus on the practical steps to create a truly productive digital workplace. He will share insights from his experiences and best practices in making productive digital workplaces a reality.

To make your workplace digital, collaborative, effective, productive, fit for the future—and a competitive advantage—join Paul Miller and HBR on September 22.
