Dr. Mark Cotteleer is a Managing Director of Research at Deloitte.  He collaboratively works with other thought leaders inside and outside the firm to deliver insight that drives success for clients.

Dr. Cotteleer’ s research focuses on the application of advanced technology in pursuit of operational and supply chain improvement.  He is widely-published in top management and academic journals including the Harvard Business Review, Production and Operations Management and others.  Mark is also the recipient of several research and teaching awards including "Best Paper" from the Journal of Operations Management, the George S. Dively Award for Outstanding Research from Harvard Business School, "Educator of the Year" from the Marquette Executive MBA program, and the John P. Raynor, S.J., Faculty Award for Teaching Excellence.

Dr. Cotteleer has held faculty appointments at the Harvard Business School, the University of Chicago, and Marquette University.  In addition, he has led consulting teams in areas related to technology-enabled reengineering, supply chain strategy, business analytics, and process design.  Mark’s experience with clients includes manufacturing, supply chain, business analytics, healthcare, and service industries.
