Software is now a basis for differentiation and innovation. It's a channel to new services and revenue streams, seamless customer experiences, and expansion into new markets. More than ever, your software strategy is your business strategy. The ability to roll out business capabilities continuously will be the difference between companies that stagnate and ones that evolve.
But is your company ready for this high-velocity, software-driven world? In many organizations, business units are siloed and IT functions hinder agility at a time when the company needs to be exploring the Internet of Things and an expanding business ecosystem. IT departments are struggling under the weight of legacy systems while trying to integrate and deploy a complex system of new applications that enable growth.
On April 26, join HBR and Accenture’s Annette Rippert in exploring new strategies for applications that can allow companies to increase volume and velocity of change. Annette will describe how application strategies and business strategies working together in an integrated fashion can drive continuous innovation inside your organization.
